In this part of the series, we cover the topic of the Spirit of Elohim. What is it, and what does it do? How did the early believers view the Spirit? Is it its own person? How does the Spirit relate to the renewed covenant? How does the Spirit show that Elohim is one? All these questions we cover. We hope this teaching is a blessing to you.
Divinity Unveiled Part 3: What Did They Believe, And Why?
In the third installment of this series, we look at how the apostolic writers viewed Yeshua's divinity, and how prophecies regarding YHVH in the Tanakh are attributed to Yeshua. We look at how the Scriptures paint Messiah as both divine and a man, as a conquering king but also a suffering servant. We look at how even the Judaeo school of thought understood these concepts and even wrote about them, and how their modern interpretations of key prophecies are a recent phenomenon and a departure from their original beliefs. We hope this teaching is a blessing to you.
The ACTS of the Hebrews. Intro B
For about sixteen hundred years, the Christian faith has been put forth from a western “Greek” perspective as if a new religion was made somewhere between Yahusha’s ministry and the council of Jerusalem in Acts 15; we are gonna blow this myth away as we set the stage.
Divinity Unveiled Part 2: The Word of YHVH
We have all read the famous passage of John 1:1, "In the beginning was the Word." In part 2 of the Divinity Unveiled series, we look at how the 1st-century believers would have understood the concept of the Word of YHVH coming to man. What would a 1st century Jew have understood when reading John's words? What is the relationship between YHVH and His Word? We link this understanding to Yeshua's claims of who He was, and how those around Him fully understood what and who He was claiming to be. We hope this teaching is a blessing.
Divinity Unveiled Part: 1 So who is it?
In this new series, we will look at the mystery of divinity. Is Yeshua YHVH in the flesh? Was Yeshua just a man? Is the Trinity biblical? This series will cover such topics. In part 1 of this new series, we begin by looking at the Messenger of Yah. Who is He? What does Scripture tell us about Him? We also look at how YHVH appears to people throughout the Scriptures in light of Yeshua's words, that no one has ever heard the Father's voice, nor seen His form at any time? How do we reconcile this? Can YHVH appear in bodily form? What did 1st-century believers have to say on this?
The ACTS of the Hebrews. Intro A.
In reality this book records the Acts of the Holy Spirit through his people in a time very similar to the one we find ourselves in today. A time when the nation was unstable, divisions between parties were at explosive levels - Pharisee against Sadducee, Zealot against Roman, Judea was overrun and dark and destabilizing political, sociological and religious forces were at work! But in-spite of all this, these events didn’t occupy and consume the forefront of believers lives and minds.
